Teaching overseas in British style international schools is a rewarding, refreshing and stimulating next step in a teachers professional career advancement. Our teachers do not need to have had prior overseas experience nor need to be fluent in the host country language either, although you get more enjoyment and satisfaction of experiencing the different cultures if you do make an attempt to learn some of the language.

Our international schools, currently in Moscow, Seoul, Budapest and the Spanish island of Mallorca, teach a curriculum based on the English National Curriculum, but modified to suit the needs of an international community. You will be better equipped to be a more effective teacher if you have had experience of teaching this curriculum.

Being able to execute your chosen profession in different parts of the world will offer exciting opportunities to see places and understand cultures not all people will be able to do. You will, quite naturally, take advantage of such opportunities to visit St Petersburg from Moscow, enjoy the wonderful climate and beaches in Palma, transport yourself around Seoul using their swift, efficient and very modern subway system or hop over the Yellow Sea to visit Shanghai, or linger in the outdoor cafes in Budapest before taking a long weekend break at Lake Balaton. However, you must remember you are there as a professional teacher not a tourist! And so, we believe that all our postings should be considered as next steps in your career path.
